The room was spacious and clean. I found that breakfast was not served at the right temperature, and there could be improvements in the bar service speed. while the hotel was close to the tram station, the overall decor felt dated and could use a refresh.

Had an amazing time with my friends at Copthorne Hotel Manchester Salford Quays! The location was perfect for exploring Media City and the Lowry. The beds were super comfy, and we enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with great vegetarian options.

Great location, needs updates!

The stay was pretty nice overall! The buffet breakfast was awesome, loads of options and super fresh. But the rooms? Man, they felt really dated and some parts seemed kind of dirty. Plus, the plumbing was loud—woke me up a couple of times. Still, the staff were lovely and helpful, which made up for it!

We enjoyed our stay in a family room with nice views of the Quays. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff, especially Jean at reception, went above and beyond to help us with any issues we had.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from neighbors was disruptive. A soundproof option for family rooms would enhance the experience for families with children.
